more likely is a blatant 2 footed lunge aimed at injuring him getting ignored. That will happen in the first game he plays.
Then he retaliates next time it happens. Red card. 'Ref had no option' they will say.

Doesn't matter who it is, he'll get red in his first game regardless. Petulant retaliation after a two-footed hammering. Can we have a sweepstake on which Ref will be the first to send him off?
Not after bringing all that duty free......Hope he's involved on Friday night.
Not with a central midfield of KDB and Fernandinho. It could only work with 3 at the back and another central midfielder and then I wouldn't have Sterling and Sane as wing backs.wishing for this formation.
------------ jesus ---- aguero
--- sane --------- kdb ------- sterling
----------------- dinho
------------ usual back 4 -----------
please pep. we needs more goals.
bring back inverted fullback.
Does Pep believe in two up front ?Two at the front would be great. Let him and Aguero terrorise defences.
Sterling's defensive play is good. I know he's light but he really gets in tight and close to his men and closes down really well. Better than some of the defenders. I think his size helps him. But I would not want to play hm too deep. he needs to be on the last man.Not with a central midfield of KDB and Fernandinho. Sane was just coming good when he got injured. I'd seriously think about going to 3 at the back again to shoe-horn in another forward. Especially if Kompany comes back
Probably back for the Everton game. What's the extent of Sane's injury? Is he out for a while?
Agree with that, Sterling needs to be running at defenders, I think we need a front 3 of three from Aguero, Jesus, Sterling , Sane rotated, with Nolito and Iheanacho in reserve. I'm very much a 433 man so midfield of 3 from Fernandinho , Nzonzi, if he comes,Toure, Silva , DeBruyne.Sterling's defensive play is good. Aguero's goal against Burnley came from his run. He messed up rounding the keeper, but if he hadn't made the run, Aguero wouldn't have been able to pck up the pieces. So much of our goals and attacking play comes from work he does. He commits players in the final 1/3rd although I think he could do it more.
I don't recall him getting booked at the Olympics? Do you have any stats to back up your claim re: G Jesus, or was it an attempt at humour and a dig at Fernandinho? From the what I saw at the Olympics, he seems to have a little bit of a petulant, nasty streak, so obviously Fernandinho will need to calm him down.(sarcasm alert)
He'll have plenty of time because they'll probably be sat next to each other at West Ham on Friday.
