It's funny because they are desperate for the money and no one will pay more than 15 million for baines now without us biding.
He had a fine season but he's never really done that much before since signing from wigan.
They now seem to be touting Rodwell round for circa 20 million to fund last seasons debts.

Yes his pace helps him out at times, but we have seen how Mancini has developed Richards game, a player who was so out of position at times, but who has become, in my opinion, Englands best RB. If Roberto can do the same with Clichy, then this will be one of the bargains of the summer.

Lescott did improve a he'll of a lot towards the end of last season.
If you want to talk put of position what about koralov. He was born out of position !
With all this said we stil had pretty much the best defence in the league.
