Pyp and Grenn both survived in the books, I'm devastated as them two with tarly, Dolorous Edd and Jon Snow are awesome! Best episode of TV I have seen in a very very long time, watched it twice back to back.

I thought Pyp died in the books i know Grenn and the Delorious one are alive, why the fuck have they changed it, who are they going to have standing besides him when he runs for Commander of the knights watch

nah they're both alive in the books at the moment but aren't really close with Snow as he has to distance himself as commander of the nights watch. They needed some note able deaths, in the books slynt and Thorne dont turn up until they defended castle back successfully. The other guy was lord commander then and died but I can't remember his name

Yeah i have been a member on that forum for a few years now, some of the theories can keep you going for ages, i loved the great north one
