I don't want to spoil it by telling people but there is big significance in the coin and the future for Arya. Unfortunately ive missed this series on TV as no longer have sky atlantic.

In series 2 when at Kings Landing she met the master assassin Jaqan and he killed 3 people for her. He gave her the coin.
