Will the Red Wedding (no spoilers for people who haven't read the books) be in season 3 or season 4?

I really really hope it's at the end of season 3 and then season 4 is part two of the third book. I loved season 2 but it definatley felt a little rushed and left out great characters like Vargo Hoat and Ramsey Bolton was a bit shit.

Hoat the guy who leads that group of soldiers that go to Harrenhall and is described under Arya POV?

And Ramsey Bolton the bastard who marries some bird at sword point?

Nearly finished CoK now so just making sure

Hoat's the leader of the bloody murmurs. Who cut off Jamie's arm and he has a lisp.

Ramsey is the guy who is 'Reek' then fucks over Theon

A yeah that other one is Ramsey

Bloody Murmurs, that's it.

Got all the books now, if you haven't got the last 2, they're at £3 odd each with free delivery on Amazon.

I thought they'd only written 5 out of the 7 planned books?

I've just finished the second, debating waiting for the third series before reading the third book.

I'm at the same point of you then.

Sorry if I was confusing but these are what have been released.

Game of Thrones
Clash of Kings
Storm of Swords: 2 Parts
Feast for Crows
Dance with Dragon: 2 Parts

I meant that Parts 1 an 2 (2 actual seperate books) of A Dance with Dragons are available at £3odd each on Amazon.

Ahh, cool, I believe the 7 titles are:

A Game of Thrones
A Clash of Kings
A Storm of Swords
A Feast for Crows
A Dance with Dragons
The Winds of Winter
A Dream of Spring

I've got the first 5 on my Kindle, don't think the others are out for a few years?

These are the best books I have ever read, I couldn't recommend these enough, I just hope George RR Martin doesn't die before they are finished, he looks decrepit :)

In the meantime you might want to check-out the three prequel novellas, set in the same world, roughly 90 years before the main events:
The Hedge Knight (1998)
The Sworn Sword (2003)
The Mystery Knight (2010)

Like his drink too much it's said, so there are worries that could happen. He's writing the next book faster than the most recent one at least. Robert Jordan died before Wheel of Time could be finished (although I hated that series and people say it drags on and on and on), I wonder if Martin has a coauthor in place just in case like Jordan did.
