i don't think people can handle it's ending
They didn't show them getting slaughtered by the wight walkersBy the way, where did all those Dothraki come from?
Just watch the first seven and a half seasons again, mate. You've clearly missed something if you don't think Daenerys hasn't always had the potential to be a war criminal.

Though Not sure if they appeared when the Night King raised the dead
Could it have been a trick so Cersi was informed the army would be weaker
We have cheered her throughout the books because we see things from her POV and the show have also showed her in a good light. However; the crucifixion of the masters, the burning of Dickon Tarly and Lord Randyll Tarly and locking Xaro Xhoan Daxos in a safe; in isolation are the actions of a despot - we think these actions are ok because she is justified or because the Iron Throne is her 'birth right'. She's always been inclined towards violence but Jorah, Ser Barristan and Missandei reigned her in. Now they are all dead and she is in a foreign land and has lost 2 of her children to boot.I don't have a problem with the idea that she goes bad, that's fine. It's that the internal logic of it doesn't make sense. Becoming a genocidal maniac has to have at least a bit of a reason, and when everyone has surrendered and she's won seems an odd one to pick. They could have done that far, far better.

The books will show her descent in to madness much better than the show but even in the show she's a grey character.
Absolutely. And ruthless fits in well with all of it, given so few characters are "good".
I did read an article that said all they needed to do was plot this episode slightly better to have her in some peril and lashing out trying to chase down Cersei and it would have worked better. I agree with that - it's just the leap from ruthless and power hungry to complete maniac was done in one change of expression more or less.
Not really, you could see she was turning mad when her mate got her head lobbed off, and twice when Jon knocked her back as he doesn't wanna shag his auntie anymore. Her being alone not eating looking tired and saying how much she isn't loved in Westeros.
It was all there to see, it wasn't rushed and I think the shock value of her just burning the place to bits without targeting Cersi first is what made it so good. The only thing that annoyed me was that the Iron Fleet were shit hot last time but couldn't hit a thing this time round.
Ok, if you think it's reasonable to go from frustrated and troubled to slaughtering tens of thousands of innocents in the blink of an eye is fine, may it profit you.
