I thought a few of the main characters would off copped it not just Little Finger. Thought it would kick off in the dragon pit and Brienne and or Tyrion would have bit the dust.

I thought Cersei should have killed Bronn and then that as well as her going against her word would have been enough to turn Jaime fully against her.
