Garden Birds and wild birds thread.

This thread is a government scam. I have just discovered that birds are not real. Between 1959 and 2001, the government killed all birds and replaced them with surveillance drones. Really, honestly.

Full time job at the moment with the ladders putting very young chicks back into the many nests in the garden palm trees.
Every couple of days I use the same ladders to remove a decoy nest in the top of a sunblind on south facing patio. They keep building I keep removing it.

We get loads of Wood Pigeons in our garden as well as Doves, there's one that's a right Twat it sits on the shed or the fence and waits for others to land and then bullies them till they fly off, met his match today though it wasn't having any of it ended up on its back with the new kid on the block bouncing up and down on it

Not seeing many badgers but i am sleeping better so think i am missing them later on , i call badgers and the foxes come instead , pretty neat

Pair of ducks in the stream nearby lost so many little uns this year. Down to three from about fifteen. Must be the local cats.

Just had to deal with no less than 5 biggish wasp nests. All on the underside of different yucca bushes / trees.
Today was windy but very hot at 46 in the shade. Time to down the blinds keep the dogs and cats in and watch TV.
