I've seen quite a few Spurs fans on their forums who would be more than happy to cash in on Bale, for the right price.

Interesting, it would define Spurs as a "selling club". I got the impression Levy wanted to say to the world "we intend to keep our best players because we want CL and to challenge the best clubs".

Clichy is our first choice LB.

every now and then certain players come up and you have to get them and for me bale is one of those players! hes what we lacked at times last season and at 22 is of a perfect age for now and for future development! if he can play like he did for spurs imagine how he would come on with bobby coaching him and training and playing with better players?!?! he would be dynamite.
