I think its 2015 hence the question mark

Pretty much agree fella - i just hope we pull out all the stops for Cavani (if true of course) would love to see him in a City shirt - top top player

I would love Cavani too, but who would he replace? Seems like Edin, Mario and Carlito are all staying..

There are too many reports linking Dzeko to Bayern for there not to be something in it - i think Mancini is happy with the strikers he has on the basis that better strikers are not available but if Cavani is available then hyoe would improve the team and someone hasy to be sacrificed and sadly it looks like Dzeko (he is worth goos money so would help offset the cost of Cavani transfer fee) although not sure how long tevez has left - 2 years i think not sure
You ever thought it could be just one report, probably some hack and everyone repeats it...just a thought

Just snuck into the Spurs transfer forums to see what the supporters are saying. There is some debate about the AJ + Ade + cash for Bale. The major concern is the departure of 'arry. A lot think that if 'arry goes then Bale goes as well. The third theme is letting a player go who doesn't want to be there (at a Levy set price!) and some say that he should be given the chance to play CL. There is also talk of an agreement with Barca already being in place.

He is on holidays considering his future. If he wants out it is going to be very interesting!

If Harry goes Spurs will implode.

Anyone seen him on the BBC coverage of the Euros? he doesn't look his usual 'triffic self

He has never had a bigger kick in the bollox than what he got at missing out on England,i pretty sure he thanks Levy for that.

I think Moyes could do a great job.

I don't see Barca taking Bale,especially given Alba's arrival.

Yeah if they go for Moyes it'll be interesting with a bit more money if he can do what twitcher has get em in top 4 twice

Yes id course - i can remember when there were reports of Bellars going to Cardiff 4 - 5 weeks befroe it did - i and most people thought it bollocks - sometimes the press do get it right.

There are lots and lots of reports about City looking at strikers, RvP is well documented do you seriously think we will go into a season with Tevez - Dzeko - Aguero - Ballo and one other striker - of course we wont - if a striker comes in a striker will almost certaintly go out - the paranoia on here with the press is ridiculas sometimes

Strikers are effected more than any other position by confidence. Dzeko proved against Spurs he can be a fantastic striker, but he needs regular starts. Torres showed how world class strikers can transform. Likewise yesterday RVP was a shadow of his PL form with extra pressure on the "big stage".
Whatever strikers we have must receive mental support and adequate game time to help them relax and play their natural game. The reason so many City fans wanted Dzeko is because he can be a clinical "world class" finisher. Bayern have seen his talent regularly in the Bundesleague.
If Dzeko wants to go. so be it but we shouldnt automatically expect Cavani or RVP to score as regularly for us than they score at their present clubs.
Torres was injured at Liverpool and has never fully recovered. Wrong example. That's only how it looks to me. Only the player and those close to him know for sure
Torres may have had a niggling injury but it would appear most of his troubles were in his head.
He was recommended to visit a psychologist.
Are you suggesting that strikers are not hugely affected by confidence?
Psychology doesn't affect players ability to sprint. Torres is not as quick as he was.

He had an operation on his knee. And that's when I think his problems began. At Liverpool. He came back for the 2010 World Cup but was not the same player.

My view. I don't know this for a fact.
