Spurs should cash-in on this. Bale is nowhere near as good as this price tag would suggest, they could buy four very good players for this amount of money.

At the same age CRonaldo scored 42 goals in this country in one season (Bale scored 26 last season) yet people in the media, ex-pros and Spurs fans keep saying "he's up there with Ronaldo" - he isn't.

Theyw ouldn't be able to buy four to be fair. Maybe the fees for four players but £20m+ players often get paid a lot too.

Spurs fans should be very happy if they are going to get any over £40m.

The comparisons between the two are laughable. Ronaldo is quite simply an incredible talent. Bale has had two very good half seasons and been average the rest of the time.
 
Can't fathom why we aren't him for him?

£25 million plus a house near Chester where he could regular visit the chimpanzees.

And I'm not trying to knock Bale too much, he's really good, but CRonaldo is probably one of the ten best players of all-time.

Didn't come across that way at all. Ronaldo is an unbelievable talent. It's not an insult to suggest a footballer (unless you are Messi or one or two others) is not as good as Ronaldo.
