Buying Bale will solve nothing. We have an abundance of talent. Spirit and graft are whats needed.

Chelsea will have no problem raising the money. They will just choose one of their squad that they don't particularly want, someone like Ramires, and then use their mind control techniques in the negotiations witht the buying club to sell him for about 80 million quid. Look into the eyes, not around the eyes...
