I don't think anyone can deny the special treatment Utd get now.
I never denied that but most of the issues from Sunday are fans things. Ref had little impact on the game overall
Apart from the failure to book Rooney early on or play advantage when Yaya was through, actually play advantage when Young was fouled, give a handball that we could see in 109, give them virtually everything (apart from a perfectly good goal) and us nothing or not add in enough time at the end then I agree with that.

Re: Gareth Barry has been charged by The FA

Maddening considering all the things United get away with, such as circling referees like a pack of wolves and screaming abuse at him. ONCE AGAIN there is shown to be two rule books for two teams, the FA is bent and the sooner Ferguson retires or meets his maker the better for English football. Have the contrary crew told us this is deserved and Rooney never abuses officials yet?

Re: Gareth Barry has been charged by The FA

Can't stop laughing at this, Barry never says anything to officials or the opposing team and this one time he does immediately charged yet I see Evra, Camelgob, Shrek do this every single unfortunate occasion I see the scum play and they never even get booked you could not make this up.

A perfectly good goal and a nailed on penalty. I reckon he did us well in honesty. In fact he was just shit for both teams so it makes no sense. Mistakes cost us in the end not the ref

Mentioning penalties, Gary Neville on the sky coverage highlighted Rooney pulling Dzeko with both arms grabbing Edin`s and commented that a penalty had been given for similar the previous week. A second one, that nobody has commented on, for the corner that Pablo got the equaliser from, Smalling had pulled Edin`s shirt (and continued to ) so far up his chest and neck, that he was in danger of being booked for removing his shirt. Check it out!. Sure we scored, but dont anyone suggest the ref was playing advantage, either he didnt see it (how convenient) or simply chose to ignore it . i wonder why?

Furthermore, i believe according to the radio (lol) that Gareth is in trouble for comments made to Crappenberg re 4 mins added time, the majority of which wasnt played. This , you will recall, is the same referee, from the 4-3 at the swamp , when Owen got the winner at the start of the following match. If i remember correctly 4 mins (may have been 5) we score in added time, and he plays over 7 mins. The excuse subsequently given was he added on time for goal celebrations. Oh for consistency.

Waited until after the seventieth minute to do what he should have done within the first ten. Allowed the FatScouseGit to score twice knowing that whatever happened he was unlikely to be troubled by a yellow card. Only when we had the advantage did the whistling pillock further IMPACT on the game by dragging play back whilst he booked the shitehawk. Had Dick v. Miffy had the ball at his feet after an attempted reckless tackle by a sky blue he would have been allowed to continue, have his pop at goal and then when the ball was safely off the pitch would The Time Lord reach for his card and book the recalcitrant blue! I just wonder what Atkinson will do the next time there is an identical situation - I bet he won't mirror what he did on Sunday!

Young, Rooney and Rio should be charged to but they wont... I today join the AGENDA boys
Your badge and welcome pack are in the post.

PS Ignore the fact that the badge says 'The Tufty Club'.
Mine says "The Pudding Club" - it's a bloody conspiracy.

Re: Gareth Barry has been charged by The FA

He should just deny it and if the FA go along the lines of they have it recorded can the club not just ask for a copy of the whole game? I think at this point it will quietly go away.

Re: Gareth Barry has been charged by The FA

This is nuts. This goes on every week at every ground.

Massive balls up from Atkinson here - although, if he's mentioned Barry's foul and abusive language in his report and not Rooney then there's not a lot the FA can do about it.
