Neville is in touch with the modern game, unlike those ancient relics on MOTD who played 20+ years ago. Games moved on since then.
Much rather have Neville/Souness over any of the other lot, MOTD, ITV etc.
Christ watching football 1st the other week and they said after the break we will get the views of Dave Basset. I thought why? He managed about 100 years ago.

Though the commentator last night made it sound like we were playing a bunch of no hopers and not seasoned CL players, a team who got to the semi finals of Europa last year. Sky going on about them being the whipping boys etc. Very unprofessional commentry last night and Sterling was his usual cuntish self, trying to stir shit again

I'd rather watch Gary Neville than fucking Gary Lineker the twat and thats saying summat. At least he played football this century and in the Premier League era. Still despise the rag though.
