I think we need to calm down before we start brandishing about claims that he's the best right-back in the league. He's a great right-back but when Richards is fit he won't be able to play consistently due to the competition for position.

Based on form he's definitely been the most impressive for me, though. Over the course of the season, probably not.

My favourite in the squad at the moment but I wish he could finish, gets involved with so many give n go's around the box but rarely puts them away (ala QPR in May).

His fitness is very strong (i never said pace/turn of), he's plenty left in the tank for the same agin in an extra time scenario. This proves advantageous towards the end of games when he#s willing to do the dummy run from outside the penalty area to the by line, no sulking or standing still if he's not passed to, same when a throw goes unfairly against him, he does is protesting when the ball goes safe. If your the best right full back in a tidy top4 team in any of the major european leagues...and the second best left full back then your bobbin on a bit. I'd expect Mancini would appreciate his endevour to find such good positions given that he can be used (stretched) for the decoy so readilly with the personel we have available. Was he really only 7 little Mills?
