Players on a losing team rarely do.

It's always bugged me that a player can't play well in a losing side, not just in the team Girth Crooks picks but a minor one that sticks in my mind was a 5-1 win by us against Scunthorpe/Bournemouth in a cup game and a young lad from the losing side was awarded mom when I watched the game after I'd come home from it.

Obviously didn't stick that much as I can't remember who we played. ;)
