In the 70's some washed up footballer couldn't have sent a tweet on the mobile phone he didn't have about a his mates court case and so be in contempt of court.
The police will now have to apply to the phone company for the records of the tweet, they will have to interview him and prepare a report to the judge. All because this pathetic no mark sent a stupid message. No wonder there are no cops on our streets.
