Gas & Electricity

I really don't get why people think that bill, with respect.
I'm not a follower of his, I don't always agree with him, but he seems to put a reasoned argument when he speaks.
He makes me think.
More than any politician does anyway
I stopped listening when he was making out in favour of the anti vax conspiracy theory shit

Top tip.
Wear Fleece jumpers, they dry a hell of a lot quicker than woollen ones and personally I think they're warmer.
Agree Bill, I have 6 pairs of thermal fleece lined combats from years ago (ordered 3, but they sent 6) but they’re fantastic, as are the fleece tops and the fleece lined snow boots I wear, I only have the heating on for other people when they come round, and that’s at a push.

People need to start thinking of doing things differently over the coming year and even beyond with regards to what they wear indoors, amazes me people take their tops off just to turn the heating on, just keep wearing them, get a “housecoat”, I look at some of the bills people are paying on here for gas/heating and I’ll be honest, it fuckin scares me that people have become so reliant on an industry who’s only interest is profit just to be ‘comfortable’, you’re a cash cow for the greedy fuckers, try not to be.

Ask yourselves is it really dirty or can it be worn again?

Sounds awful but we will be doing the same here. Gone are the days where a shirt worn for an hour goes in the wash basket.
my regular daily clotheds can be worn a few days in a row but kids school uniforms, football/rugby/boxing gear MUST be washed daily as do our work clothes mate

I’d try and find room for one as having the heating on 24/7 just won’t be affordable, unless the government step in.

We did have a dryer at the old house for years was a decent one too but i found the washing came out of the machine smelling lovely but after an hour in the dryer it lost all of its nice smell. Filter was cleaned and washed daily, used those dryer lenor sheets with each load, any tips on how to keep clothes smelling fresh mate after a run in the dryer?
May seriously consider making room under the stairs somehow and buying one.
it doesn't help either with them radiators on all day in winter, our front door opens and the living room is open plan and 5 hours of nice warmth goes out the house within seconds of one of the kids dashing in and closing it
