When or if a deal is agreed it will be announced. Until a deal is agreed, it will be denied. Denying a deal has been agreed does not mean a deal isn't being discussed.

And perhaps thats why Sky are reporting that City have denied any move for the player !!
Or then again is it bullshit from Italy ??
