Just the player they need. Gutted if true.

Yep - we should have done everything to stop it

That´s it as far as the league is concerned I´m afraid unless he gets his ankle snapped off by Nige in October

Those coonts just have to have everything - it sickens me and is another nail in the coffin of a truly competitive PL. The one player who could be a new Scholes for them. Expect 25/30 yarders flying in every other game

Sorry , just how I feel - if it´s true of course

Sorry but this bit is very ironic. We're outspending 95% of the league and we want to complain about 'lack of competitiveness' because one player has turned us down for another club?

Also, the rags have had better players than Sneijder in their squad before and not won the league. Scholes of 2004 and 2005 was a comfortably better player than the current Sneijder and they didn't win the league those years. Their strengths lie elsewhere than their individual quality, we can match them for that.
OK let me rephrase it a bit
If they go on to win the next 3/4 leagues will the PL just start to bore people to death (apart from the cocksucking cockney rag press) I think I´d be pretty turned off IF that occurred.

Does this mean the Rags will be classed as ruining football with their 80 million spend so far?
Nearer 90 by my reckoning but of course that will be glossed over by Sky United

On Saturday i was convinced it was city , now after seeing everything written and reading between the lines

He's not ours - not itk doesn't make sense for us

expect a curveball

so utd have agreed a fee and are trying to negotiate personal terms?.We know city want him so we then also agree a fee and blow them out of the water.Otherwise we have another target in mind on lower wages maybe mata or someone equally as talented whats all the panic k ser a ser a!

the only reason he would join utd would be if bobby or cooky/marwood categorically refused to go in for him - otherwise we are the better option (dutch midfield colleague, bags of potential, better platform to shine, and of course bags of money).

you can read that in one of two ways i suppose, i.e.

- the club aren't interested due to his age/cost
- the club have a better option in mind (seperate to the nasri deal)
- it's all a clever smokescreen to hide the obvious (he's comin to us!)

(sorry, spanish inquisition error, there are three ways!)

either way, if he goes to the reds i'm happy there's a good enough reason.

To be fair, our manager has repeatedly stated that he has no real interest in Sneijder ("We have not spoken about him") when he could have hinted (as he has done with Nasri) that we had an interest.

I'm not sure as to why some would believe the Italian press over our own manager and the English press?

I hope it comes off that we sign Sneijder, but there was never any real evidence of our interest (the suggested swap deal for Tevez was even poo-pooed by Mancini!) other than a few on here who maybe misread the tea leaves...

anyway i cant see anything in the italian media and this is strange cause IF sneijder was so close to the rags this will be popping up everywhere

vice versa ATM there are more rumors on sneijder staying at inter

Because to be honest you can't get much worse than the English press, and Gazzetta Dello Sport happens to be a quite reputable paper.

Also managers talk shit all the time, deliberately and otherwise. Ferguson has also denied any interest in Sneijder if we're taking managers at their word.

I am hearing that there is NO agreement between #MUFC and Inter for the transfer of Wesley #Sneijder - there is no deal (as far it stands).

Cue the Manure numpties giving him abuse.
