I don't think is very likely that a jury of 12 people will be entirely made up of (bald) middle aged men with British bulldog tattoos and convictions for football hooliganism.

he is missing the whole point is our grimesy - he has no defined right to attack said statue and if he does so he could expect arrest and charges - then its down to a jury of his peers - 12 crafty wanker in his case ( may not be easy to find) - to see if he is acquitted.

Well it's in Highgate Ceremony so I'd advise him to go ahead, and film himself doing it.

Seems he has confused it with Hampstead Heath, which is close by but not connected to same green area and nine minutes walk away.

You would have thought crafty wank would have known a bit more about Hampstead Heath, wouldn't you?
