Caveman in situ
Seems to be quite a popular thing to identify with, obviously needs to be properly recognised as a gender...I identify as an Apache helicopter I've made HR paint me a heli pad in work.
At the risk of being labelled a misogynistic ****.... cis-gendered means ‘normal’.read nearly all this bollox and am no wiser.

SWT is the correct name I believe.Just come to that conclusion myself after guidance from the breadknife.

A mate of mine at his place of work who’s been charged with breaching the equalities policy. His crime? During a meeting he asked a male colleague for his thoughts and a female one for her feelings. Some twonk in HR has decided he should be disciplined for not using gender neutral language.
It’s really got me thinking about how I use language.
That doesn't answer it though. What does it 'feel like' to be a woman and is it any different to feeling like being a man? What is the actual definition of it?Do you 'feel' like you're a woman trapped in a man's body?
Better yet, how would you feel if you woke up tomorrow in the body of a woman but still possessing your own mind? Granted you'd mostly be confused, but would you be accepting of your body or would you 'feel' like you were in the wrong body? If you're accepting, you're cis-gendered. If you aren't you are transgender.
