Afaik they were created in response to a transgender/non-binary person who had a tattoo done which said 'Die CIS Scum', and also towards the transgender community that often use the term/meme. http://knowyourmeme.com/memes/die-cis-scum

People born with male sexual organs that identify with the female gender
People born with female sexual organs that identify with the male gender
People who don't ascribe fully to either of the gender groups

It's three groups and it's really really simple to understand.

My question was what makes you cis gendered, but if you do not wish to answer it, fine, but you cant expect people to become knowledgeable, if you do not help them.

Also, you do not identify the name/description attaching to the groups you mention, by which they identify themselves.
Of course I am aware that those three groups are the most numerous, but there are a myriad of names by which ppl self identify. One of the difficulties is the coining of pseudo scientific names that are meaningless in themselves, rather than self explanatory.
Edit: just read @SWP's back post listing 31 gender names and 'cis is not there. My confusion is complete.
