He's a far right libertarian that identies as a centrist moderate. Nihilism and Faragism are natural bedfellows.
See my other post, as I remembered my run-ins with him in other threads in the Political Forum and now understand why he sees Reform as “right-leaning”.

There was always a hard right in the Tory party. They just jumped ship.

In Spain Vox broke away from the conservative party.

Possibly they will have less power over the Tories than when they were inside it.

Who knows?
But if in 4, 8 years the Tories get themselves together, win back a load of seats, no majority government is elected, and the Tories need bedfellows?

That exit poll is a tale of two half's.

Labour's majority is a fantastic result.

The reform prediction is very worrying. I assume many of them are going to be knife edge so we will have to see the results but any seats at all is really bad news. When was the last time we had openly racist MPs? Tories in the 70s?

Tories in the 2010’s and 2020’s.

It could mean the opposition becomes populist far right which is very worrying. They'll be fighting a 5 year woke war whilst Labour tries to rebuild society.
