TBH I think it's a fairly decent gesture not to keep us waiting any more. One nation Tories wrested back the leadership, targeted getting the economy straighter (because that is their core value). Having achieved that, they'll walk.

I’ve never voted Labour either and won’t this time.. I’m in a Labour safe seat so my cross on the paper is pointless (I know that people fought for my right to vote but I’m sure you get me)

I do think that the circumstances we’ve seen e.g. Covid were pretty unprecedented in modern times but I have to agree, the Tories have been pretty shocking

I don't think you could convince them the vote Labour if you just abuse them I might be wrong. But it seemed with the brexiteers the more shit they got they just rolled around in it and didn't care if they had been lied to there was no changing their minds.

Labour will be far from perfect but I've spent the majority of my working life under these corrupt tory wankers and a change is well and truly needed.
