If you split the country into 10 bands or deciles, going from most deprived to least deprived and then look at life expectancy for women and, probably more importantly, healthy life expectancy, it paints a picture that nobody seems to care about, which seems extraordinary.
As I can’t import graphs into this on my phone I’ll put it in 10 lines from most deprived to least deprived. First number is healthy life expectancy and second number is life expectancy. Also, as I’m not a leader of a political party, I’ll embed the link......

1. 52.0 and 78.7
2. 56.9 and 80.3
3. 58.2 and 81.6
4. 61.9 and 82.5
5. 64.1 and 83.1
6. 65.8 and 83.7
7. 66.9 and 84.2
8. 68.2 and 84.6
9. 68.7 and 85.1
10. 70.4 and 86.2

That’s over 18 years of healthy life expectancy difference between top and bottom.

Keep the wealthy healthy seems to be the motto....

You're in denial mate as well as being totally naive.
We'll bend over in any trade deal with the US.
Fact is that if we don't agree to letting their agricultural and pharmaceutical industries into our markets there won't be a trade deal.

Literally not a shred of evidence to suggest government ministers have agreed to sell off any part of the NHS to the Americans as part of any future trade deal.

Here is how it works Len.

Labour claim something, they need to prove it.

Couple of journalists have now asked for the proof and its been ignored.

Corbyn’s big 10 am reveal is 451 pages of unredacted documents and information - from July 2017 called UK-US Trade Working Group on NHS which he says 'leaves Boris Johnson's denials in tatters'

I've no idea what a thinking person would imagine we might be considering doing with the US. Emphasis a thinking person.

Why on earth would we agree to pay maybe 10x more for certain drugs than we pay already? It makes no sense. Unless of course it was in return for some other benefit, which meant the overall picture for us was better.

But it is ludicrous to imagine that anyone in the UK would advocate some kind of deal which was to our detrimnent. Why on earth would anyone do that?

There is NOTHING to see here. Literally nothing. The NHS is already severely hampered in its spending. What on earth would be the point of unilaterally making it worse. Anyone suggesting this is either mischief-making, or an idiot. And in many cases on this forum, both.

Lol - what about all the BS that tories come out with? BoJo and his 40 hospitals that is more accurately 6 new hospitals.

Clarify fake. The document exists. The talks have been taking place and have been mentioned before. The NHS is on the table and always has been. The Tories have been lying about it since day one.

The dramatic nature of the reveal is designed to grab attention and won’t be to everyone’s taste but it doesn’t change the story.
Their claim these documents show that ministers have agreed to open the NHS market up to the US as part of a trade deal is patently false. If they had even a shred of evidence to expose the Tories were lying it would be presented clearly. BoJo wasn't even PM at the time these talks were held.

You do know that the EU is likely negotiating the exact same thing in exactly the same way behind closed doors with the US on TTIP?

Do you still want to remain?

WTF do you mean "the NHS is on the table" Bob?

Stop talking stupid soundbites and try if you can to talk credibly about what that means. Because there is no meaning which can be applied which is even vaguely credible.

Are we planning on unilaterally spending much more on our drugs for no benefit whatsoever? No. To suggest so is not credible.
Are we planning to selling off parts of the NHS? No, not credible.
Are we planning on allowing US firms to bid for NHS outsourced work? Not relevant - they can already. Nothing new.

So what do you mean by "on the table"? Let's hear it.
