Absolutely.

I'm very much in the centre, slightly right on economic policy and slightly left on social policy. In this election I've gone with the Tories as they haven't moved as far right as Labour have left. Next time round I'd gladly vote Labour if they move back to the centre.

There’s a bit of the Overton window has shifted right already though, which is part of the reason you get a lot of tories themselves thinking they’ve gone too far right.

Out of interest, which social policies are you slightly left on?

It’s because he knows he was proven to be lying yesterday and can’t admit it so he’s twisted the narrative to being one about the Mirror headline which no one has argued was accurate.

Exactly. This has now turned into a completely different conversation.

There’s still too much attacking the source going on though that suggests an ulterior motive rather than a real genuine concern about the media.

Shame really, as I have a huge issue with the media too. Can’t really be debated unless the blinkers are fully removed though.

Immigration certainly. It's a great thing for the country.

I also believe in more money for public services, only I think this can only be achieved with a strong economy and, currently, I see Labours economic policies as a disaster waiting to happen if they were ver enacted.

Well said. Although they’re still to Brexit-ie for me at present. Tories by 3 or 4 would be perfect.

Truth be told they probably are for me too. I sure as hell don't want no deal, but if I honestly thought that will happen under the Tories I wouldn't have voted for them.

Who did you go for then

The latter.

I spoke with Lisa Smart, LibDem candidate and really like her, she’s massively concentrating on local issues and has some good ideas.

The local Tory voted against EU migrant rights and I have two EU migrants that report into me so can’t be having that.

Still expecting a Tory majority in the morning.

I’m tired of it all.
