Well done boris and Conservatives for standing up for democracy.
Labour's shambolic campaign and traitous approach to Brexit has cost them dearly as predicted.
The leaflet through my door from Labour said people would get a final say on Brexit.
We did that in 2016 Labour, you ignored the people.

Traitorous hahaha.

Corbyn is pro Brexit.

People just believed Tory messaging, in the dominate pro Conservative media, that Labour blocked Brexit...

...when Boris also voted along with some Labour Mps to block Brexit!

Great first speech as PM with a new mandate.

More of the same please Boris. Centre politics is the way forward.
It has to be. Under Tory governments, without fail, millions of people are left behind.

Poverty, the gap of inequality between rich and poor, crime, drug use, homelessness, mental health issues, violence, domestic violence etc. all increase under Tory governments, no exception to the rule, it always happens... always!

The Tory’s can’t just look after their own any longer. The lower classes of this country deserve better.

They have an opportunity to remain in government indefinitely if they do this right. Labour are finished, they aren’t coming back in 5 or 10 years, that party is done and dusted. A new centre left party may emerge over the decades but Labour won’t get into power again in this country... ONLY if the Conservatives do this right.

They have to look after everyone!

They have to spend on public services, the NHS needs looking after properly, schools have to be invested in, the railways need sorting the fuck out, we cannot continue with Austerity measures anymore, taxes need to be put on the right things, homelessness has to be addressed, working and living wages have to increase, the richest cannot be given tax breaks etc.

There are a hell of a lot of people in this country who have woken up this morning with dread in the pit of heir stomaches at this result. Their lives could be about to get a whole lot worse than they are... unless the Tory’s start to do things properly.

To pinch the phrase from Corbyn, one the few things he had right in his tenure, the future of this country has to be run for the many not the few!

And how will Scotland defend those waters with no navy, no army, no nuclear nuclear deterrent and no currency?

I do love how the same left wing nutters who insist the UK, (primarily financed through England) one of the most powerful nations in the world, is suicidal to leave Europe but in the same breath think Scotland will prosper alone. No Scottish NHS, length of accession to join the EU - English refusal to allow EU on to our door step - none of it matters in la la land does it?

They've got Faslane base... the skills to build their own ships, they don't want Nuclear , they currently run NHS Scotland, they have their own currency it would need to be backed by the European Bank or go with the Euro .

I do love how the same right wing nutters deny that Brexit will not lead to the break up of the Union

Just the kind of ignorant comment that seems to pass as political discussion these days. To enlighten you, Scotland would be about the 19th largest EU country. Its population (5.4 million) is larger than Ireland, Croatia, Slovenia, Latvia.......Its easy to check facts before you write nonsense you know mate.
We should give the SNP their referendum asap. If they vote leave we can just tie them up in endless parliamentary and legal red tape, while we argue we need a 'deal' before it can happen.

Yes they got the magnificent quota of 2.6% of the registered electorate.

When you compare that with the Liberal's getting 7.7% they do not look that great.

SNP = 48 seats, LIB DEM = 11 seats, system unfair? It certainly is.
That’s certainly true

Luckily it’s 56% no at the moment in the polls.
