So Labour supporters are saying this election defeat is down to Brexit.

They also say that Brexit is largely driven by racism.

Now, if both of these are true, and given that Labour supporters have deserted them in droves to vote for a party in favour of Brexit, then Labour supporters have some hard facts to face with regards to racism in their traditional core support don't they?

Well done britain,full trump

We have a racist homophobe as prime minister who has slagged off every one in society who is not of his ilk,he looks down on most people but they are too stupid to see it,he lies on trump scale

A tory along the coast from me who took the piss out of the mentally disabled just 2 weeks ago and yet is still there

Many sections of society will be fearful today, myself included

I predict in less than 5 yrs the number using foodbanks will double to 2 million,he will not give a single shit

One shinning light the greens kept their seat in brighton

My old mum used to have a saying, don't come running to me when it goes tit's up
You sound ecstatic with the result Karin! Thankfully you avoided wishing ill on Tories like some other posters did..

The proof is in the pudding but I have a good feeling about the direction of travel for the UK. We have to improve things and I see no reason why Boris & Co. can't or won't

"Full Trump" has to be the most moronic thing to come out with.

Just fuck off with your childish slurs.

It doesnt work.

When is that going to dawn on you lot?

Corbyn was supposed to bring with him a gentler, kinder politics yet his supporters are so fucking full of bile and hatred for anyone who doesnt share their world views 100% its fucking laughable.

You're all absolute parodies of yourselves.

What do you want him to say? labour do not agree with the tories policies and vice versa, you fucking lot want blood
That they are to blame for Labour's failure, not the electorate and not the Tories. That they have failed the public and acknowledge they have lost touch with the electorate and must re-evaluate their position and if they feel change is necessary or continue down the path they're on.

Let the electorate know if they plan to change or stick their fingers in their ears and carry on like nothing is wrong, blaming "a rise of the far-right" etc.

We don't want blood, we want a restart. End of Momentum, end of democratic socialism and a return to social democracy. They've ruined Labour and made them unelectable to moderates. Either change and become electable, or continue and we'll continue to put our votes elsewhere.

If this is the Labour you want, you're welcome to it, just don't keep asking why Labour can't get into power.

Why should he be,opposition starts today
It does... the man's a racist bully / bellend however and ain't in any position to be passing judgments on others IMHO

The Labour party only have themselves to blame for this GE result.. they have mis-managed it on a scale not seen for years... absolutely shambolic

and even though he got smashed he is still saying he will be leader until the party decide to elect a new leader .

No doubt about it just from experience with people I know that voted leave and have been Labour all there life. I don't think anyone can deny that Labour had racist working class supporters who voted Labour just because it was tradition, when in reality they aren't even left wing when push comes to shove.

At the same time not everyone that deserted them is racist that would be absurd to suggest.
