The Truss has been gobbling off again. Every single mistake made in the last three years we are determined to repeat in the future. Promise something we can’t deliver? Check. Box ourselves with no room for manoeuvre? Check. Conservatism is The Walking Dead.

We will not be extending the Brexit transition period beyond 2020. The British people have waited long enough for Brexit. We will be able to negotiate a good free trade deal with the EU and other partners in that timeframe’

Gove has just appeared on BBC tv , for once he was not half pissed or coked up and managed to come out with more B.S. In 3 minutes than a full herd on laxatives . It's getting more obvious by the day that the reality is dawning on the Tories that they are basically " Donald ducked " with support disappearing down the drain at breakneck speed ....happy days !!

Unlike Johnson who as Foreign Sec skipped COBRA meetings on the Salisbury poisoning to oversee his resignation photos for the media.

I have little time for either and their leadership qualities, or lack of them, but five weeks of giving Corbyn grief for the same sort of shit Johnson pulls isn’t going to pass without comment.

I'm not saying I trust Boris or the Tories either. It is pathetic that they are perhaps the only option and I'm almost contemplating not to bother voting.

I can understand why people might vote Tory on Brexit but for everything else the Tories are the protest vote against this Labour.

In better news, our ex-MP became the speaker yesterday (I still live in the constituency next door), he'll do really well and represents the kind of people in Labour that I could vote for.

I've not seen (m)any criiticisms of Corbyn from you, contrary to your repeated claims that you have little time for him. Your "I used to vote Tory" line is sounding decreasingly plausible by the week.
There are a few of us that have voted Tory in the past and now see the present version for what they are. They used to be a pretty broad based party rather than this cabal of right wing nut jobs.
