I don't think he does, he's an author who lives in Germany, and going off his twitter I don't think he's lived in England for years. Most likely chancing his arm and going off the rare few rumours of Silva leaving we've had in the past, in the very unlikely event it does happen, IMO.

I suspect you might be right, Mansour's Tow Ropes. He seemed so sure, and I don't *think* he's one to WUM.
