He should have tried speaking to Gareth Barry and Joleon Lescott. If you are good enough, you will play for us and win trophies. If you are not good enough, you will not. If the lad doesn't even rate himself to get games ahead of Fernando then he's no use to us.

delph obviously hasn't the character or belief to join city,we don't want players like that,sterling on the other hand believes he has what it takes to join the top clubs and will hopefully show that.
