What a bizarre transfer saga. Fekir passed his medical and literally conducted media interviews with LFCTV expesssing his delight at joining the club. Absolutely mental.

Hopefully Lyon stick to their word and not buckle if the dippers offer to pay the amount again!

His club have released a statement and saying they wont sell him to Liverpool but open to "other" clubs making offers.....crazy! Be thankful we not Liverpool fans...embarrassing!!;)

Lyon "delighted to be able to count on their captain" for next season but "reserves the right" to hear offers from other European sides "that interest Nabil & Lyon" - club statement.

There was actually a few rumours floating around last week that we had made a gentle enquiry!

A lesson to all the flappers on here, wanting us to "just pay it", proper negotiation is paramount, and then don't try and renegotiate after the medical.

I can't help feeling that someone big will be heading out of Liverpool, given the amount they have spent so far.

must have thrown flares and bottles at him when they 'welcomed ' him to his medical.
