General transfer rumours

More like what is happening in Football

Liverpool spending big, like super big and not like those smart budget deals they used to do in Klopp’s era, feels like now we are doing those smart moves

Stingy Levy spending heavy without a big sell

Turkey spending big money

Only United doing fuck all
It's as if they know something stirring

Ederson isn’t moving and Ortega will be stay so we can’t get a keeper which is a shame as I’d love us to get Trafford . Sone good transfers being done by teams atm and I have a feeling isak will go to Liverpool aswell .
Yep. Me too. I actually like seeing other clubs get stronger. Beating them to the title will make it even better

According to The Pathetic, our projected six player summer clear out comprises Stones, Gunders, Kovacic, Etcheverri, Bobb and Nico O'Reilly. I wouldn't be surprised by the first three, but, even allowing for the source, I'd be absolutely dumbfounded by Bobb and Nico O'Reilly
Two of our youngest players leaving before Grealish is the most diabolical thing I’ve ever heard in my life. Imma gonna go gym

Wouldn’t surprise me. At least the others who bring nothing to the table stay even though consistent game time might help the last 3

Must be keeping Phillips then!

The League is seemingly turning into an arms race.

You have Liverpool, Chelsea, and Arsenal spending 200-300 million this summer, and are quite frankly ahead of us.

There may have to be some brutality amongst the older players, and move them on, so we can get into this, and start throwing some cash around.

We are still short a Midfielder in my estimation, and you would need to move Gundo, Kova, Nunes, and Nico G (If we don't rate him).

And we need to figure out a way to get an RB if Livramento is not an option.
We have not got the manager to do his yet . Pep likes loyalty and tbh this season we will have to go with it as there is no way we are not going to play players such as gundo silva arkanji ederson and I’ve even say Dias unless sone get sold . I just think we are gonna get done for pace next season but hopefully I’m wrong

We get done with pace when we don’t press work as a team under pep as we know everyone has to do there job pep coaches them to to make us purr and how we won all the trophies! Feel pep will be dropping anyone who doesn’t do there job this season! Last season was just we lost Rodri’s then 90% of our defence for a long time

Tbh I’m worried more about our defence his season as we do seem to have a lack of pace at the back but hopefully Rodri can get back to full fitness and boss the midfield again . Who do you think will be Rodri’s understudy ?

The lack of pace is only half the issue. The other half is the press to stop the ball being put into the channels so easily. Teams have always tried to launch the ball in behind against us but usually it’s rushed or half deflected so the forward has a lot to do. Now though the press is a bit slower and teams are having a chance to get their head up and play better balls into the channels. Fixing the press and stop losing possession in silly places and that number of chances conceded will drop dramatically

Don't think the dippers can let Diaz go regardless of the offer that comes in for him.

chiesa (remember him?) Has been a massive flop, Nunez is a total donkey they can't wait to shift on and the untimely death of Jota gives them a lot of issues to resolve in their front line.

They've just got wirtz, theres no guarantee he'll settle straight away but for £116m the expectation is he will, Salah is there until he retires now, they've then got Diaz, gakpo, chiesa and nunez. Last 2 will likely be shipped out so they need to keep hold of both Diaz and gakpo and add 1 or 2 others.

Can't see them getting Isak as one of those, but then I also didnt see Wirtz going to them either. Just think for Newcastle to sell him to anybody but especially a league rival, is them relinquishing all ambition to win the league anytime soon. even if it's unrealistic, it's their plan and the saudi's arent going to settle for a top 4 place, ad long as hes under contract, they hold all the cards, they'd be insane to sell him.

Liverpool have turned down a bid of £58.6m for Diaz from Bayern.

I accept the market is crazy but that seems fairly generous given he’s 29 next year.
One of their best players last year, both on the left and through the middle

He had his best season, is in his prime and is one of rhe best winners in the world....perhaps that's an indictment of the current quality of wingers in world football

If £55mil gets you Elanga or £67mil gets you Eze.... Diaz is worth more than £59mil
