This is where PSR and FFP is nonsense because it doesn't take debt into true account.

United can spend what they want because their debt isn't close to what they are valued at.

Their rate to borrow is still very high, effectively they are an unsinkable ship.

A bit like Barcelona.
 
According to the latest reports, we are definitely selling Grealish, McAtee & Phillips this Summer which are 3 English players. That means we won't fulfill the English quota next season unless we buy an English player. Could it truly be Livramento? I hope so because we desperately need him. He's class, English and young as well. I'd pay the price Newcastle is asking for immediately.
 
Utd thought to be open to offers of around £30m for Hojlund although the player has signalled his determination to stay at Old Trafford and fight for his place even if a new centre forward is signed. #NUFC have been told Sesko bid package not enough
