Depends whereabouts, and how you get around. Most of the Kensington area and Park Lane around Hyde Park is decent, all the hotel areas - plus if you use taxis and uber instead of any public transport it’s safe enough.

It’s so big with so many choices you can avoid the shitholes and dodgy areas. The hotels, theatres and restaurants are fantastic.
