George Floyd murder / Derek Chauvin guilty of murder

That is desperate, and not true. In 2016 she hired the car for Glover, he let Bowman use the car and Bowman was driving the car when he was shot by another man and the car ran into a telegraph pole. "Discovery of a body"? As in "police discovered the body of Breonna Taylor in the hallway where they'd just fired 20 shots"?

And she quit the job. (Some journo got hold of her employment file. But not the police employment files.)

And "blindly firing"? "At police officers"? He fired at intruders.

"...this type of dirt-digging gives fodder to knee-jerk defenders of unchecked lethal force by police officers and detracts from calls for a full accounting into why a young, Black woman’s life was suddenly and violently taken from her. Regardless of the intent of the reporter or the station, the information serves as a smear, useful only to city attorneys and stalwart police defenders but potentially harmful to people who could be victimized by unchecked power in the future."

They already know it isn’t true. They don’t care that it isn’t true. The point of their posts is to dump shit everywhere and distract you with the smell.

Do you have the same rights? My question was directed at you.
In that case the answer is "no", but why on earth is what I do relevant? I don't live in a country with more guns than people. But I wouldn't carry a gun anyway.

I attack the hypocrisy of people who support a 17 year old white guy openly carrying an automatic weapon openly encouraged by police but query why a black guy would have a handgun in his home.

Sorry. Uou give the impression of being American and supporting 'the Second Amendment.'
I agree entirely with what you in your post.
I caught a couple of snippets about Timothy McVeigh the Oklahoma bomber on Radio 4 and want to listen again to a statistic that seemed to be saying there were far more guns than you say.
The right to bear arms is not a good one and should be amended out but there is no appetite for it even with two term Democrat presidents.

Sorry. You give the impression of being American....
'This is what we call "research"' (Victor Borge). A lot easier these days...

Plus I got my own copy of the Constitution decades ago (free for the asking from the embassy in London).

People post stuff without knowing (or caring) if it's true. I've been using Snopes.com for years to inform my right wing American relatives about the nonsense they read (like Obama "introduced a Muslim stamp for Christmas"). For the record:

She resigned, the fact that happened not long after starting the job and around the time of the discovery of the body could well be coincidence, I accept that.

What's desperate is your insinuation that I'm try to demonise her by suggesting that she was knowingly involved in the murder, I have suggested nothing the sort. If this was the case I very much doubt she'd have been in the apartment the night she was shot.

You responded to a point I was making about people taking responsibility for their own actions and to that end my point and question still stands.

Why did she continue to associate with Glover after "she hired the car for Glover, he let Bowman use the car and Bowman was driving the car when he was shot by another man and the car ran into a telegraph pole"

Also Walker said he fired a warning shot, surely the point of a warning shot is not to hit the person you are trying to warn. This suggests to me he fired blind.

Breonna Taylor's death was as a result of her boyfriend blindly firing on police officers and though tragic, it was accidental.
Let's have it right though she knew exactly who she was associating with.

Tell me, why do you think she continued to associate with Jamarcus Glover after she lost her job due to the discovery of a dead body in a car registered in her name?

Walker had the right to defend his home when nobody responded to his hail. You make it sound like he just shot at the police anyway.

If that's the case, why pay out $12M to Breonna Taylor's family? The only person to have more paid out was to an Australian woman by the name of Justine Damond ($20M) who was killed when officer Mohammed Noor said he was startled by her coming out of the dark and fearing an 'ambush'.

Noor is Somali-American; a Black officer serving 12 and a half years and was not allowed to used the 'threat to life' defence other White officers use as theirs. Go figure.

As for your other point on this 'body' in Taylor's car, post your evidence as I'm not going to respond to hearsay.

All I will say is I'm surprised she kept her job as a medical worker...

I admit l just went by the way you posted to me - l was pretty sure you were American so l didn't bother researching. My bad;) l didnt practice what I preach last night when l got a message suggesting l was anti police and that l should join the Specials and do a shift with them. Laughable but irritating and a quick glance recent posts shows l certainly another. We all do it.
My Initial reaction was that the British Constitution is enough for me but I might change my mind on that. I suppose it is a weighty document in more ways than one with all amendments but l might give it a go.
It is obvious to any City fan how much fake news there is about and how it becomes accepted as fact. How do you know that Snopes is the one true version?

So no need to mention any of it.
