George Floyd murder / Derek Chauvin guilty of murder

I sincerely hope you do. More people checking facts would do us all a whole lot of good.
Black Americans are killed at a much higher rate than White Americans

"Although half of the people shot and killed by police are White, Black Americans are shot at a disproportionate rate. They account for less than 13 percent of the U.S. population, but are killed by police at more than twice the rate of White Americans. Hispanic Americans are also killed by police at a disproportionate rate."

Is that not a fact?

Again with the non-answers. How was it handled poorly? What did they do that they shouldn't have? Where did they get it wrong?

Should they have believed the guy when he was complaining about how he had done nothing wrong? I know you are big on believing the suspect.

So please tell us what they did wrong. When should the cops have pulled their gun? At what point of non-compliance was it warranted?

And to the underlined yes Bigga we know. That's why those of us who live in reality keep telling you fantasy island people that 'compliance' is the only antidote that saveguards the lives of all involved. The suspects and the cops! Get it now?

It's basic Common Sense!

I'll play your game.

Tell me if you saw the police duo work as a team, rather than one person tase the dude from one end whilst the other did nothing?

If I'm forced to work with a colleague I'd make sure that if it came to 'non-compliance' if I'm tazing the attempted detainee, I'm making sure my partner is spraying mace to the guy on the other side, after all, he was that fucking close. It would be trying daze and confuse the guy enough to force him out of the vehicle. You know the 'dazed and confused'/ 'shock and awe' tactic you guys know about!

Have a fucking game plan even if you have to tase the guy from the other angle as well!

Poorly fucking handled!

Nobody seems to take charge in these situations and it all seems 'on-the-fly- as your lot say. Whilst the two are talking about the situation in the beginning, why not build a contingency plan for if there's no compliance...?

Basic fucking common sense!

I should check your facts on that.

What he continually fails to understand is that police (subconsciously, it seems) are more likely to talk down a White perp than a Black/ Brown perp for the same situation.

There's plenty of vids out there giving a White civilian longer chances to 'make the right decision' before action is taken.

Is that not a fact?

The phrase "disproportionate rate" is often ignored and replaced with, 'but the White population is larger'!

Wholly ironic in response!

Is that not a fact?

but Black Americans commit more than 50% of violent crime. So on that basis it’s even?

It's kinda like saying that based on last season Eoin Doyle is a better goalscorer than Aguero. It doesn't control for the fact Doyle plays in League 2.
Per police interaction there's no statistical difference in terms of shootings (white americans are slightly more likely to be shot but it's extremely marginal)
Similar story when you break down the cops by racial demographic and their likelihood to shoot
