Galloway is stating the biological position of same sex union is unequal to opposite sex union. Mainly because it is ONLY the opposite sexes that has the potential to develop offspring. This is factual. Otherwise it means sperm donations to rectify the birth rate, but that's also a further breakdown in a 'hetro' family structure (the maths shows this to be a logical point).

His point was that the birth rate would plummet if same sex was taught as an equal status. So, that's what he means by "normal".

He's not saying same sex does not deserve equal rights under the law. This is the macro argument people have chosen to lose their minds over.
