Gerrard elbow [Merged]

IMO the FA are racist.
White boy RVP go's to do black boy Ade and get's troden on as Ade avoids getting his leg broken. Result 3 match ban for Black guy.
Black guy Ade scores and runs the lenth of the pitch to the opposing fans, result, £25000 fine.
White guy RVP scores runs past home fans flicking Vs. Result, no punishment.
Black guy Ade is getting his shirt pulled by white guy Shawcross so trys to free himself buy swinging his arms caching white guy on his neck lightly. Result, red card for black guy and 4 mach ban.

Am sure I could be wrong but when you look at the guys who get away with it they are all top 4 white boys opposed to the guys like Ade, Rio, Drog and SWP.

Its the lack of accountability which absolutely incenses me about this. The FA have confirmed that Steven Gerrard will face no action. Is that it? Why will he face no action, there is clear video evidence showing a case to answer, so why will he take no action, there must be a reason and we are being given none.

They are a law unto themselves. The media doesn't help. They are just as squint eyed when it comes to their precious Not So Fab Four.

Where are all the posters who rant on about people being paranoid and INSIST that there is no corruption in football?

I have sat on the fence long enough on this subject but this latest travesty of justice has sent me headlong into the camp that says there IS corruption in the game!

Gerrard's actions are INDEFENSIBLE and nothing...NOTHING can excuse this latest 'slap in the face' for all football fans.

F.A. - yet AGAIN you do sweet F.A.

You are a complete and utter disgrace!

I very rarely swear but.....you

FOOKIN CHEATING BASTARDS!!

Am getting bastard madder by the minute, I couldnt defend Ade wish i fucking had now but saying that all we want is fairness to all teams, as someone said the other week, Kevin Horlock once sent off for............ walking aggressively, you just cant make it up

Yep completely a law unto themselves. Much like the current government they are a governing body whom protects the interests of the few instead of the interests of the masses.

The only difference is that these clowns are unelected and there is no chance of ousting them. The only way anything will ever change is if the clubs that feel affected opt out of the league and say enough is enough we want a clear and transparent body to represent us that is elected.

Us, Villa, Portsmouth and im sure numerous others all have cases where we have been royally screwed by the FA or those in its employ

Ive said til Im blue in the face..

The title race is decided by referees, linesman and the FA...not by football.

This proves my point..Ade should not be on a ban but he is..Gerrard should be on a ban but he isnt..

When we get established as a permanent top 4 side with all the marketing,tv money and the like we will be protected too..

its just a matter of time.:)[/

I don't want protecting i want fair competion for all wheter it's hull city or chelsea.

FA are corrupt.

just my way of rubbing it in to the FA,thats all...

Decisions go for and against,we have to deal with it..

referees in this country are supposed to uphold the footballing law's..

problem is...they are employed by the FA... the organisation in charge of English football. Thats the most ironic thing in world football...

In house on a grand scale.

Liverpool skipper Steven Gerrard will not face action from the Football Association following his clash with Portsmouth midfielder Michael Brown.

It is understood the FA sought clarification from referee Stuart Attwell after Gerrard appeared to catch Brown with his forearm during the 4-1 win for Rafael Benitez's men at Anfield.

Attwell saw the incident at the time and spoke to Gerrard after awarding Pompey a free-kick, with the FA following guidelines not to punish players retrospectively if the match official sees the alleged offence.

If i was City i would just ask what the difference is between Ade accidently touching a player whilst not looking at him and getting a red and ban, and a deliberate elbow the ref saw and did nothing against apart from give a free kick

This rule about the ref seeing incidents and taking no action only seems to apply when it's the "big 4". Anyone else and the Sweet FA seem only too happy to step in and ban players for things the ref "dealt" with at the time.
It's an absolute disgrace.....the fact the same player has got away with it twice in a week only goes to re-inforce the corrupt suspicions.

Football association
more like Fooking Arseholes

Proof if it was ever needed that the FA is bent

What a fucking joke its a shambles everybody should bombard the FA on this issue total fucking joke first he gets away with the v signs and now this poor standard. I hope he gets his legs broken dirty bastard.

Not sure if its been mentioned:

Thatcher was shown only a yellow card after knocking Mendes out with his arm.

But although referees are not allowed to retrospectively upgrade yellow cards, the FA said "the incident is being considered as an exceptional case".

"The FA contends that the challenge was sufficiently serious that had Thatcher been sent off, an additional sanction would have been merited."

Not condoning Thatcher's actions but they could have banned him even with the ref seeing it.

Disgraceful, makes me almost physically sick how blatently bent this system is. Tired old men trying to protect the status quo, F*CK THEM!

Ok say the FA are following the rules. Why is Stuart Atwell not being sanctioned by them then. Why is the question not being asked that you saw a player get elbowed in the back of the head and you decided that wasnt a sending offence? Why is that?

This is my major misgiving that they continually hide behind this pathetic idea that the referee saw it and dealt with it at the time, well then the ref must be pulled up for not dealing with it correctly.

Two incidents which spring to mind involving us ( im sure there are hundreds more) The ADE RVP incident, the ref in that incident quite clearly waved play on so he has to have seen the incident for that to happen, yet he is allowed to say he hasnt seen the incident when video evidence shows that he has and the FA hide behind this to get a band ( nothing happens to the ref )

The Barry Mascherano incident. The Ref said he dealt with this at the time (despite not getting within 20 yards of it ). The FA Hide behind this as it allowed them not to give out a ban. So why did nobody ask the question if you saw it and decided not to send the player off why did you decide to take that course of action for such an obvious red card offence ( the ref must be pulled up for failing to deal with it correctly )

It would be great if some clever person could post links to these incidents side by side.

I reckon whoever represents gerrard/l'pool in their dealings with the establishment football and otherwise we should sign in the summer, then we'd have a great defence
