By the way mate I hope you make it there easily enough and have a top day!!

Try contacting Mark Barber, sec of the MCFC Disabled Supporters Club and a wheelchair user himself, mark.barber@blueyonder.co.uk or visit the website www.mcdsa.co.uk

The Disabled Supporters Branch have an appropriate coach booked for Wembley, perhaps there are places left.

We have some seriously fucking sick, pathetic and frankly unfunny idiots on this board.

We have a fellow Blue here after some help because unlike many of us he is unfortunately disabled and all some can do is take the piss and crack a few pathetic jokes at the guys expense!

Hand your fucking heads and hope and pray you or yours are never faced with disability.

it's not ofteni agree with you but this post is spot on.

I wouldn't worry too much about the pathetic posts on this thread. Most of these people will grow up one day.

Deary me.
Being in a wheelchair is something I could never imagine happening, and I am really sorry if I offended the OP, I never meant to, it was just light hearted.
I know a few people in wheelchairs and they are always game for a laugh on stuff like this, infact they always start it. So OP, I'm sorry for insulting you, I never meant to and I should have been more sensitive.
To the rest of you, stop being martyrs, the OP never complained about it directly, sweeny who is also disabled didn't make an issue, so why are you lot?

Fair play to you for apologising for any offence that may have been taken.

I know what you're saying re; your mates etc but things can come across differently in print.

Anyroad, i'd get a taxi instead of pissing about on the underground. The tube can be a nightmare for anyone, much more so if trying to navigate the system in a chair.

Yeah, I get that.

Just for info for anybody else who may be in similar circumstances.

It seems like the man on the London Underground was lying to me, there is no wheelchair access YET, at Euston Square. As I was advised on here, I am going to have to walk down to King's Cross.

Checked out all the info on that, and it looks like there is a 127 mm step onto the underground at King's Cross, and a 5O mm at Wembley Park. Think I should just be able to manage them in my electric wheelchair.

I know it is going to be bedlam, but as this thread displays, I believe people's attitude to wheelchairs these days is really great. I am quite confident there will be lots of people there more than happy to help me. Thanks everybody again for your assistance, best wishes.

btw entrance H, block 141, roll 28, seat 231, if you don't know what I look like, I'm the one in a wheelchair. :D
