Great isn’t it lol. That’s how I got my type 2 diagnosis. Not just one piss a night, but 4 or 5. Now that was fucking annoying.51, cant remember last time I didnt get up for a piss during the night
Yep, I remember those nights also. Now I'm on top of it, most nights I go without needing a single visit now.Great isn’t it lol. That’s how I got my type 2 diagnosis. Not just one piss a night, but 4 or 5. Now that was fucking annoying.
Maybe that's what I'm doing wrong : )Maybe try it with a male, see if that works.....
Embrace it, don’t fight it….plenty of things to do out there that you never had time to do when you were working and suchAm 69 now, and quite frankly i hate it ..... there's nothing good about getting old !
Well you will never be younger than you are today.Am 69 now, and quite frankly i hate it ..... there's nothing good about getting old !
So dark eyebrowns and white hair ? I would leave eyebrowns to go white mate :)I’ve had white hair for years now and never had a problem with it. Short and neat and white.
Today i noticed my eyebrows are also going white. I can’t have that, and I may have to do something I’ve always laughed at people for - using a dye.
For FUCKS sake.
They’re more fair than dark. It’s certainly never been commented on, the clash of colours between the head of hair and brows. So dark eyebrowns and white hair ? I would leave eyebrowns to go white mate :)
Whats footdrop mate ?I'm 66 and the biggest change I've noticed is healing time, everything takes ages to get better. Recently had back surgery while on holiday in Goa, totally innocuous injury, picking up my towel off the sunbed, felt a crunch and 2 days later became totally immobile and was in fucking agony.
I've ended up with footdrop, very frustrating that I can't get around the same, hopefully it will heal but no guarantees, if it doesn't I'll be disabled, depressing thought as I've been active all my life until now.
Like Eyebrowns but slightly betterWhats footdrop mate ?
Lost control of my left foot, so walking is a bit difficult, can't tilt my foot back towards my leg, so when walking my left foot slaps down flat instead of heel first.Whats footdrop mate ?
Sounds shit mate, hopefully going forward everything works outLost control of my left foot, so walking is a bit difficult, can't tilt my foot back towards my leg, so when walking my left foot slaps down flat instead of heel first.
Not the best explanation but hopefully you get the gist.
Just to add, because I've altered the way I walk to compensate for the footdrop my knee keeps giving way, which is equally worrying but hopefully the physio I start next week will help me to walk properly, really don't fancy having a knee replacement, not this year anyway, had enough pain already.
It seems as though going forward is his problem ;)Sounds shit mate, hopefully going forward everything works out
Wouldn't worry about your left foot... there are plenty of footballers who don't know they even have oneLost control of my left foot, so walking is a bit difficult, can't tilt my foot back towards my leg, so when walking my left foot slaps down flat instead of heel first.
