Gigs Thread

Went to James at the coop last night, absolutely amazing. Fantastic set, sounded as good as ever. Doves sounded fab as well, ended with Space Face. The place was rocking.

Friday night we went to see The Mersey beatles at the plaza and they was brilliant.

All in all not a bad few days, hopefully today caps a great weekend.

Crowd was awesome I've never seen so many people belt out the songs. One thing that struck me as well, apart from a few at the start of songs, no one was on their fucking phones, everyone was there in the moment enjoying it.

great when a plan for a weekend works perfectly, script worked to a tee for that one, great gig, weather was ok and the result was bang on.

I was getting stuck in a rut, just plodding along, but that gig has given me a whole new lease of life. I'm not a religious man but that felt spiritual.

Did they use those ai graphics mutating the live visual camera feed with some trippy visuals???

They did it over here(Ire)... last year.
 
Booked tickets for Huey Morgan at Band on the Wall in October - he’s performing the Come Find Yourself album with a new band. Would’ve preferred the original Fun Lovin Criminals but that doesn’t look likely any time soon.
Also looking forward to The Temperance Movement touring later this year too.
 
Happy Mondays tomorrow night in Belfast....full squad going, everyone currently trying to get days off/half days to sit in the pub before hand

Need to find the flares, baggy tshirt and wallabies....wonder if they still fit?

Seen them couple of weeks ago in Salford Quays. Top night you’re in for a treat mate.
