Not a huge fan. I've got an inch of Henrick's in the bottom of a botle that's been knocking around since early summer. It'll have to wait until the nights get a bit cooler for a Gin & Ginger or two.
Have now moved onto Hendricks, ice, fever tree and sliced cucumber. Christ it's good. Missus is now suggesting that I've had my tasters and would I kindly move back to beer or Whiskey.I love gin. It's my favourite spirit of all time.
Any type from a classic Gordon's or Tanquerey 10 with tonic (fever tree is lovely) to Bloom (which is fab with strawberries or raspberries thrown in) or an oriental flavour one I have whose name escapes me.
Of the elderflower Warnicks which is absolutely delicious.
I love that it can be subtly flavoured by herbs and spices to create a whole new drink.
Gin cocktails are fabulous too. I had a delicious bramble the other day and a very special gin and passionfruit mix from the bar in the Raddison Edwardian earlier in the week.
I'm seriously thinking about joining craft gin club sonic can get a new gin experience delivered to my door every month.
Relax @BimboBob. This is the start of something special :-)
