give eastlands its kippax back, straw poll.

put the away fans as far away from the action as you can..........

minimise their support for their team and give our fans the best seats.......

De Niro, I'm confused (not the 1st time)...

It's obviously being considered and your question was not whether they should be moved but whether people would follow them.

I'd be interested to hear what the club/stewards/police think is the best/safest place for them. This has to be the main question, not where we think they should go. I think the majority of Blues would prefer the whole South Stand was reserved for us and if that's possible/safer then I think it should happen.

But there are only a couple of possible options, so can we hear what they are, and then have a vote..?

People will follow them.

However, I don't think they should be given the best view in the stadium (ie East Level 3) or the best place in the stadium to throw stuff or spit from (ie East Level 3).

I would put away fans in the corner between South Stand and Main Stand. The cost of Main Stand tickets would make it more likely that fans wishing to "banter" would get seats in South Stand near as possible to away fans, thus creating a mass of like-minded individuals. People in Main Stand would continue not to sing as is the present situation. Away fans would receive little television coverage as cameras are on that side mostly.

can i ask what the away fans being on the television coverage has to do with anything?

I don't like seeing rags' ugly grids.

just move them round a little bit where the 'singing section' is now them the south stand would stay noisey maybe east stand would sing a bit more then and city would shoot towards us in the second half sit in the south stand btw

been to a meeting today at the ground, we had a people there from all walks of the club,we bounced idea's about how we could go about moving the away fans with the least disruption to all concerned.
we looked at where if at all the away fans could be housed, discussions and disagreements followed but the one comment that threw me was that should the away fans move some fans would follow them just for the banter, i disagreed but said i would ask you lot.here goes.

if the away fans were moved to say east level 3 would you give your seat up and reapply up there in order to "banter" with them?

thoughts?

I would swap my ES L3 seat but would not especialy be looking to follow them, I'm sat at the front of L3 in 308 and a seat in Upper L2 would be ideal.

Same here, that is a pathetic reason for uprooting everyone.

As for this big advantage it give away teams to be shooting towards their fans, nonsense! (see our home record last season and so far this season).

Improved atmosphere? People don't sing because they can't be arsed, playing musical chairs isn't going to change that, seeing our side go for glory will.

Leave it as it is.

Put them in the morgue that is the upper tier of the West Stand. Out of sight, out of hearing.
