can i ask what the away fans being on the television coverage has to do with anything?Boots_ said:People will follow them.
However, I don't think they should be given the best view in the stadium (ie East Level 3) or the best place in the stadium to throw stuff or spit from (ie East Level 3).
I would put away fans in the corner between South Stand and Main Stand. The cost of Main Stand tickets would make it more likely that fans wishing to "banter" would get seats in South Stand near as possible to away fans, thus creating a mass of like-minded individuals. People in Main Stand would continue not to sing as is the present situation. Away fans would receive little television coverage as cameras are on that side mostly.

we looked at where if at all the away fans could be housed, discussions and disagreements followed but the one comment that threw me was that should the away fans move some fans would follow them just for the banter, i disagreed but said i would ask you lot.here goes.
if the away fans were moved to say east level 3 would you give your seat up and reapply up there in order to "banter" with them?
thoughts?
Same here, that is a pathetic reason for uprooting everyone.ConnorMCFC said:can i ask what the away fans being on the television coverage has to do with anything?Boots_ said:People will follow them.

As for this big advantage it give away teams to be shooting towards their fans, nonsense! (see our home record last season and so far this season).
Improved atmosphere? People don't sing because they can't be arsed, playing musical chairs isn't going to change that, seeing our side go for glory will.
Leave it as it is.
