---I don't think Mancini i spends any time on players that no longer have a future at the club, it seems an Italian thing as theproposed strike a month or so ago in Italy was all about unwanted players not being able to train.
Personally I think it would be nice if he put an arm around Shay, Ade, Ireland etc as they walked out the door, but it's not going to make a lot of difference to our results.
He has shown that he's prepared to (to a degree) players that he considers part of our future.
FWIW, I think the headline, and the "raising questions on his man management" quote is at odds with what Given said in that article. He's said a number of times that while he was disappointed to lose his spot, he had no problems with how it was handled.
