Squeeky bum time for me over the next 11 games, but I'm a fan. Sure the team and boss are keeping things cool. They need to catch us.

Just worried we don't burn key players out esp with Arsenal, Stoke, Newcastle as tough away games.

Fooking hate the RAGS but got to give them credit where it is due. Luck or no luck, we have a far better side than them but they are only 2 points behind us. Shows how poor this league really is this year.

Yep, same here. While us fans are nervous, I'm convinced the manager and players aren't and that's the main thing. If we don't win it, it won't be because the players have "bottled it".

I just tell them this...they lost at home to Blackburn, Blackburn scored 3 goals at the swamp. We beat Blackburn at the Etihad and Blackburn had their only shot on target in added on time and Joe felt embarrassed saving it! They have to play Blackburn away... gets them thinking ;)

:D True but its pointless literally trying to score points over...erm, points. i.e. we lose at Woodison, they win there. The rags are hitting form which is giving hard-ons across the media but meanwhile, we're quietly going about our business. I'd rather be in our position - they have more 'Palace-Basle-Blackburn-Newcastle' results in them than we do 'Sunderland-Everton-Fulham' etc. We've won 7 of our last 8 in the league.... ooooh I'm petrified

They are very reliant on Rooney, and with the Premiership and Europa League schedule he wont play every game

I've let the last couple of United victories really affect my mood for a couple hours, just little things, the hope before the letdowns, etc.

Over analysing the potential scenarios, what points we might need.

However, it just all came to me in an absolute instant last night, and it was put to bed and might make life a little simpler.

That's exactly what they want, that's exactly how they try to gain an advantage.

Once I let my hatred of United come to the fore, everything else is easy street. Just refuse to let them have the satisfaction of getting one over you in terms of impacting your state of mind.

There is nothing we can do to influence their results. Worry about the things we can change.

I have control only over this and fellow blues can follow suit. Take away the points predictors, the stats and the form guides.

It really is as simple as one game at a time or we will drive ourselves mad, crippled by fear.

Hopefully we are going to compete with the rags every season now, I agree it doesn't matter whether we win it this year or in a year or twos time. It took the rags decades to overcome the domination of Liverpool before they eventaully took over we have only been going at this a couple of years. They have been well and truly rattled though.

The pressure is actually on united. They are the reigning champions, the so called biggest and best club in the world. We slapped them 6-1 and they clung on to a 3-2 win against our 10 warriors in the cup.

We've scored more, let in less and won more games. They're clinging on with old men and lucky breaks.

Definitely on them, not us.

Let them worry. We are 6 points (1 point for the goal difference and 3 for the win against them coming up in April) ahead of them with 10 games to go. I fancy our chances! Silly rag wankers!

Our last 6 away games in the league we have dominated and we lost 3 of them that is worrying! Not worried about our home form.. our away wins have been 0-1 and Hart had to pull out a wonder save in two of those games! That's why I think we'll get 89 points! That's me concentrating only on us! don't give a shit about the scum..
