Would they not say that anyway. I can't see the west admitting Russia or China have brought many key areas to its knees. Just a thought, has this affected China aswell?

Seemed to be a disturbance in the force on BBC Breakfast just before 08:30 when Naga mistakenly mentioned "Prawn cocktail tits" to much hilarity.
CBBC is also down. Does this mean Hacker has been hacked?
