I can't see any problem with what he's said.
Every rape isn't the same. Sometimes people get snatched, strangled, raped etc. Horrible.
Sometimes some 15 year old slag and 17 year old dope are both up for a shag. Not worthy of the same punishments.

Let us start at the basis that any Rape is serious & destroys the lives if the person & families it affects .being released after 15 month is ridicolous .

Rape should really warrant a life sentence. In many ways it is worse than murder.
