There are different degrees of rape imo otherwise there wouldn't be such a broad range of sentences for the crime. Well, if he believes he was right he should stick to his guns and not backpeddle and pander to Maildom. It was, a crass comment . Its an emotive subject that should been better brouched , with the use of dignity .
